The BA Women’s Alliance is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization which supports the educational, personal, and professional development of women who seek to make a difference in the world.

We champion women whose values align with those for whom this organization honors: B.A. Rudolph. These are women who embody B.A.’s fierce dedication to justice and radiate B.A.’s devotion to advancing and empowering women. There are thousands of B.A.s—BA Women—among us. It is our mission to find and champion them.

The BA Women's Alliance is closely monitoring the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak. For more information about BA Women's response to COVID-19 read the full press release

This summer, the BA Women’s Alliance is hosting 38 women through our 2020 EmpowHER program: an application-based intensive program designed for collegiate women who seek to make a difference in the world. Our nation's capital is brimming with opportunities to learn and grow, exploring and witnessing history in a city with some of the world’s most influential women.

A 'BA Woman' is what we've affectionately dubbed the members of our community: our Board members, alumnae, long-time friends, mentors, volunteers, and champions who help us in ways large and small.

Most importantly, a BA Woman is daring and compassionate, tenacious and persistent. She's a total BAdass. She lifts while she climbs, making the world around her a better place, every step of the way. A BA Woman has a passion for change and the drive to go out and make it happen.

The BA Women’s Alliance is more than a nonprofit; we’re a family. We know that our supporters and alumnae have personal stakes in advocating for the advancement of women everywhere, and it is through this commitment that the BA Legacy is strengthened.

The Alliance wouldn’t exist without you.

Whether you’re interested in making a financial contribution, or in contributing your time and energy, we have a way for you to get involved!
